What you’ll be doing

Tecno Instruments (Pvt) Ltd. – Sialkot, Pakistan (on-site)

Overview:
Support export operations and documentation to ensure timely shipments and payments. Prepare and manage export paperwork, coordinate with banks and couriers, maintain shipment records, and support customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare export documentation: bond/EFS, export declarations, LC-related paperwork, and sample invoices accurately and on time.
  • Submit shipping documents to banks, handle payment follow-ups, PSW and PRC matters, and liaise with bank officials.
  • Prepare airway bills, arrange courier bookings, and manage shipping documents and customer filing.
  • Maintain local shipment and bond records in Excel and update tracking information.
  • Respond to customer, cargo, courier, and bank emails; maintain professional correspondence.
  • Provide backup support for customer service tasks and assist with basic label/layout duties.

What we’re looking for

Must-have:

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation (bond/EFS, export declarations, LC documentation) and sample invoicing.
  • Experience preparing and submitting shipping documents and airway bills.
  • Familiarity with bank procedures related to exports, payments, PSW and PRC handling.
  • Good email and telephone correspondence skills with customers, couriers, and banks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills for record keeping.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to provide backup support for customer service and basic label/layout tasks.
