Company Overview
We are seeking a Marketing – Lead Generation Specialist to join a Karachi-based web development agency and drive a steady pipeline of qualified leads for web development, e-commerce, and digital transformation services. The role focuses on research-driven outbound and inbound efforts, campaign optimization, and close coordination with sales and delivery to convert opportunities into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital channels (Meta, LinkedIn, email, PPC, niche platforms) to generate qualified leads.
- Research target industries and buyer personas, build prospect lists, and run targeted outreach sequences tailored to decision-makers in Pakistan.
- Create and optimize landing pages, Meta campaigns, and conversion funnels with clear CTAs to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage CRM records, track lead sources, score leads, and hand off qualified prospects to the sales team with context and recommended next steps.
- Set up and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and monitor CPL and conversion rates.

What we’re looking for
Must-have
- 3+ years B2B lead generation experience (preferably IT services, web development, or SaaS).
- Outbound/Inbound channels: LinkedIn outreach, Meta, cold email sequences, lead nurturing workflows.
- CRM familiarity for tracking and scoring leads.
- PPC & paid ads: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads basic setup and optimization.
- Landing pages & CRO knowledge and use of landing page builders.
- Prospecting: research and building targeted prospect lists.
- Copywriting for outreach messages, email sequences, and ad creatives.
- Analytics: measuring CPL, conversion rates, MQLs and using data to refine campaigns.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Certifications in digital marketing, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, or CRM usage.
