We are looking for a Sales and Reservations Associate to join our team at our womens salon in Al Andalus or Jeddah. This person will be really important in making sure our clients have an experience. You will talk to customers. Help them book appointments.

Our Sales and Reservations Associate will do these things:

1.  Manage appointments using our system so clients have an experience.
2.  Give clients advice about our services and help them pick the right treatments.
3.  Be nice and professional with clients. Try to build long-term relationships with them.
4.  Tell people about our salon services to get customers and sell more.
5.  Look at sales trends and numbers to help us make sales plans and tell management what is going on.
6.  Work with the team to make sure our service is great and we meet our goals.
7.  Teach employees about our policies and procedures so we can keep doing a great job.
8.  Answer customer. Complaints in a professional way to keep our salons good name.
9.  Plan events, like discounts and promotions to get more clients and make more money.
