  •  4-8 years of experience and a degree.
  •  A good understanding of design projects and technical tools.
  •  To be an expert in using data to help the company achieve its goals.
  •  To understand the risks. Help manage them.
  •  To make sure that the team delivers results and meets the companys goals.
  •  To help the team improve and grow.
  •  To be a communicator and team player.
