Remote Transcription Specialist for Project Freya

We have a job where you work from home on a project that uses intelligence to understand speech. You will listen to recordings of podcasts and write down what people are saying. As a Remote Podcast Transcription professional, you will also identify who is speaking and when, and check if the sound is good. This will help make voice recognition more accurate.

We are looking for people who’re good at paying attention to details and can listen well. It is also important that you have experience writing down what people are saying.

You will get paid ten dollars for every hour you work

Here are the main things you will do.

• Write down what peoples are saying on podcast recordings and make sure you do it correctly.
• Say who is speaking and give them a name that we can use to keep track as a Remote Podcast Transcription.
• Say when people start and stop speaking and make sure the times are right.
• Say if a person sounds like a man or a woman.
• Check if the sound is good and say if it is not. Some things that might be wrong are if the sound is not clear if someone has an accent if they are speaking the wrong language and if the sound is fake.
• Check what other people have written down or make sure it is right. If it is not you will fix it.
• Make sure everything you write down and all the notes you make are quality.

To do this job you need to:

• Speak Arabic from the UAE and English. Be able to read and write both languages.
• Be able to understand what people are saying in the language we are working with and in English.
• Have experience writing down what people are saying on long recordings as a Remote Podcast Transcription.
• Be good at listening or paying attention to details.
• It is helpful if you have used voice assistants before it is not necessary.
• Be good, at understanding what people are talking about and when they are switching between topics.
