As an HR Business Partner, work with leaders in the business to give advice and support on human resources. Put into action human resources strategies that match what the company wants to achieve. As an HR Business Partner, help with hiring people getting them started and planning who the company needs to have. Give advice on how to handle people issues and how to manage their performance. Find out what training and development the company needs. Look at data from resources to help make better choices and make things work better. Make sure that the company follows the rules about workers and their rights. Help make the company more diverse, fair and inclusive.

Profile

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or something similar. Experience in resources work in the financial services industry. Ability to look at human resources data to help make business choices. Good understanding of the rules about workers. Following the law. Experience with planning who the company needs or managing people. Ability to work with different people or handle many tasks at once. Good. Talking skills.
